Hey,

I know I should be studying and all but there's something in my mind and I just need to get it out.
I'll go crazy if I don't...

So,
I did mention sometime ago that my dad quit his job...
He been slacking at home for about a week now...
And then yesterday he announced he got a job...
It's really good to hear that...
But the job...
Haiz...

It's an overseas job...
Like in India of all places in the world..
And he be away for 6 months straight...
Really 6 months...
Not 6 days, not 6 weeks...
I don't even think he will be home for Hari Raya....
And during that 6 months he only get to come Singapore for 10 days....
The pay and acommadation is attractive, I got to say...

So what's my problem?
I always wanted to "get rid' of him...
But not in this way...
I won't get a glimpse of him for like 6 months...
And that's like half a year...
That means in 1 year I will only see him for dlike 20 days???
God,
I just find it hard to let him go...
In my whole entire life,
I never didn't seen him for weeks...
Even though we don't always communicate,
He's presence says it all...
I'm not the only one though...
My mummy allowed him too but I know deep down she's very reluctant...
But she said we have to let him go and let him get some experience and all...
Take it like a test for us...

Guess she's right...
He's a big man and he can take care of himself...
We just have to trust him and give him support...

Hmmm...

I just have to look on the bright side of things...
It's not that bad after all...
What more can I ask for?

Better get back to studying...

Will post in more ASAP....
